Union County Community Needs Assessment

In 2007 the United Way of Union County (UWUC) conducted a Strategic Planning Process to look at its history and current operations and to plan for its future. During this process, UWUC volunteers and staff realized how much the organization had evolved over the years and the need to continue to evolve to remain relevant in the community.

In order to be more in-tune with the actual needs of the community, the UWUC worked with community partners to conduct a data-driven community needs assessment. The results of the Union County Needs Assessment can be downloaded HERE. It is the hope that this assessment will benefit local organization as they set a course to meet Union County’s needs in this time of economic recovery.
