UCYP
Union County Young Professionals (UCYP) is a group that brings together young professionals to exchange ideas, interact socially and share common interest in order to position themselves as Union County’s future business and community leaders.
During the last few years, many communities nationwide have formed young professionals organizations to combat “brain drain” and increase talent retention, which not only attracts new businesses, but also increases the local quality of life as young professionals become more involved with important community issues.
UCYP offers members the opportunity to network with peers and community/business leaders, enjoy casual luncheons and after-work social events, explore career and leadership development opportunities, discuss hot topics and political issues, and participate in community service events.
Who We Are…
We wear blue collars, white collars or no collars at all.
We work day shifts, night shifts or make our own hours.
We live or work in Union County and care about its future.
We are both young and old and have progressive attitudes.
We are creative, passionate and equally determined.
We want to harness the collective strength of our community and make positive changes.
