-Coordinating the bid process with hotels and facilities that match your needs
-Arranging site visits to potential hotels and facilities
-Planning assistance with off premise activities, attractions and special events
-Presentations to your board or committee
-Assisting with selecting sites for spouse/guest and children’s activities
-Providing welcome packets that include visitor guides, maps and event calendars
-Offering referrals for event-related vendors including transportation, caterers, florists and more.
