About the Survey:
This Union County Wage & Benefit Survey is produced every two years by the Business, Education & Workforce Team (BEWT) and Union County employers. Local employers and prospective employers can use the survey to set fair, competitive salary and benefit packages; and estimate costs for adding new staff.

Employer Training Survey
About the Survey:
The Union County Employer Training Survey is conducted biennially to provide direction for a coordinated and effective response to workforce development issues caused by rapid economic and demographic change in the local and regional markets. The Training Survey allows local policy makers and elected officials to review, alter and create programs that improve the competitiveness of the local workforce, thus ensuring a stronger and more stable economy.
